It’s every tiny detail joined together that 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 the best experiences, but it’s the people you spend the moment with that 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 the best experiences.

Our host took over the party with the help of our wonderful guitarist to have family and friends express their thoughts and memories of the birthday girl. Throughout that time the catering staff seamlessly served the first course with no interruptions to the speakers. The behind the scenes logistics is what truly created an environment of ease for the guests.

We allowed everyone to eat each course and engage with each other before singing happy birthday in front of the most fabulous cake and backdrop. At that point everyone was released to mingle and vibe amongst the live music whether it be at the beautifully decorated tables, pictures in front of the most amazing backdrop, or lounging on the balcony in front of the bar.

How do you create an 𝑒𝓍𝓅𝑒𝓇𝒾𝑒𝓃𝒸𝑒??

By using all 5 senses in every detail: 𝐬𝐞𝐞, 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫, 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡, 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐥.

Before entering the room, our guests were greeted by our live illustrators. After having their picture taken, they were enticed with champagne and passed hor d’oeuvres while live music played and allowed to take in the whole room. It only took an open bar with custom signature drinks to lure everyone out to our carefully curated outdoor lounge space on the balcony. Since it was such an intimate party, we intentionally did not include a seating chart so that guests would have to explore the room while looking for their place card.

I love working with other creatives to bring a vision together. I still can’t with the disco ball florals 😍 and the custom menus by and the acrylic place cards! And captured so beautifully by . 𝕊𝕦𝕟𝕤𝕖𝕥 𝔻𝕚𝕤𝕔𝕠 ℂ𝕠𝕨𝕘𝕚𝕣𝕝 𝟜𝟘𝕥𝕙 𝔹𝕚𝕣𝕥𝕙𝕕𝕒𝕪 ℙ𝕒𝕣𝕥𝕪

What started as a neutral sophisticated event quickly turned into this vibrant and fun experience when our client found the most perfect bejeweled cowgirl boots!

The boots were the inspiration for all of the details from the table to the cake to the balloons. We wove those themes into every detail. All of the guests wore sunset colors with boots, which was so fun to capture in the live illustrations. Of course, provided the perfect western backdrop for for a cowgirl. Our guitarist played modern songs to really create a fun vibe for the whole night. We even created an outdoor lounge that really tied our theme together from the drinks to the toppers to the furniture and cacti to the florals.

This sunset color pallet was so fun to create around and so unique from the typical disco cowgirl parties. Do you prefer neutral or bright colors for birthdays?

I love the idea of serve yourself items, especially for kids parties. Cue themed skewers and all of your food is on theme.
