Part 2: swipe and you will see how our tea party turned mad.

Our violinist/DJ brought out the lasers and turned up the music, which set the stage for an amazing birthday cake moment and our surprise guest contortionist. Guests stepped outside on the most perfectly gorgeous February night to find a live cigar roller rolling up momentos for guests to take home.

And we can’t forget about the late night In n Out moment as a nod to the birthday girl’s hometown in California.

With the music and cocktails still flowing well into the night, guests were able to continue the party at the hotel’s underground nightclub.

Part 1: A tini bit older meets Palm Royale, but let’s add in our client’s love for tea parties, and you have the most amazing guest experience. Guests walked into breathtaking views of gorgeous florals while greeted by a show girl and passed drinks. They were able to take in every detail as they found their hotel key on the custom es**rt wall, stopped in front of the amazing backdrop for pictures, and finally made their way to their seat all while melodic tunes from the violin encompassed them.

Of course we just had to have this event at Leonie restaurant known for the best tea experience in Dallas. And it didn’t hurt that all the greenery passed the Palm Royale vibe check.

Stay tuned to see how we took this classy upscale tea soirée and flipped it into what we were secretly referring to as the mad hatter tea party.

The way we love a theme 🤩 If you have seen the Apple TV show Palm Royale, then you know we took this tini bit older birthday party to another level.

Of course we needed The Shiny Sheet, grasshopper drinks, a hotel key es**rt wall, showgirls, passed champagne, cigar rollers , and all the tropical florals💁🏽‍♀️

What is a kid’s party without cute and fun activities??

Axolotl slime aquariums were so much fun and made a great take home favor.

Karaoke is the easiest and cheapest party activity ever (thank you YouTube) and was an hour of pure entertainment 😂

The plan was to have the cotton candy made before the party but they insisted on making it themselves and that was their favorite part 🤷🏽‍♀️

This candy bar 𝒔𝒍𝒂𝒚𝒔 (I think I used that right 🤣)

Gummy worms, Swedish fish, marshmallows, sour strips, and all the other fun candy you can think of for an axolotl themed birthday party. 9 year olds love anything they get to do themselves, so we left candy buckets out to decorate with stickers too.

Anxiety on 10 but this Palm Royale party is on 10000 😅🔥🎀🌴 A little behind the scenes action of a very quick event production. Made only possible by an extremely incredible vendor team and the best assistants.
