Idichakka thoran-Tender jack fruit stir-fry sautéed in coconut oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chili, Urud dal, asafoetida and garnished w freshly grated coconut & green chili. The key to cut it is smearing coconut oil generously on the hand, the knives, cutting board and lining everything w newspaper to avoid it from sticking.
