The role of BTS is truly a unique viewpoint as a creative, a role that I haven’t done in awhile. When @lustretheory approached me with this project to create BTS video content that stays on the theme of the shoot, cinematic, whatever you want to call it, I didn’t hesitate to say no because I knew it would force me to think differently. To make something exciting. To properly showcase the amazing work of the entire team/production in a unique way. This reel barely touches the surface of what’s to come 🐍🪄💍

All I have ever wanted as an editor ✍️ is to create films that balances a candid, documentary feels 🥺 with an over the top, editorial vibe. How to blend together the slow motion with those heartfelt moments with ease and not feel forced or fake. With each piece I create, I get closer to that goal and G + H Roka ceremony definitely was an editing delight 🤩 for me.

As an editor, this entire project was a real creative push for me to tell a story through visuals alone, which is honestly why I will always be proud of it, because that is never the easiest of tasks (and very thankful I had @casualfilmco to 🎥 it with me). Okay kids, @phantomluts just dropped v2 of their Panasonic v-log conversion luts, so you know I had to test them out 🤤🤤🤤 Shooting in a log profile is honestly the only reason I will continue to be team Lumix as well as team Sony 🤝🏼🤝🏼 I know working in a log profile is harder, way more rules to follow, and it’s easy to mess it up. But when done right it’s a beautiful thing 🥰
