Lake Elsinore Wedding
The bride and groom are vegan and wanted to ensure their guests a delicious dinner while still adhering to their dietary beliefs. They also had a lot of guests with allergies. We met several times to go over the menu and fine tune it, to ensure that everyone would be able to enjoy a delicious meal. I love this process, because it really allows me to get to know my clients. The evening was absolutely beautiful. Even with a little rain shower just as we were about to serve outdoors, we shifted a bit, and dinner was served on time.
