Come see me at Dayspring Flowers in Apex tomorrow between 10:30-11:30 for a “flash sale” (kind of) on wrapped half-dozen rose bouquets! Absolutely nothing wrong with the flowers, I just overbought this week and I’d love to move some of them! Six roses with mixed greens and filler for $19.99 (plus tax).

*While supplies last, of course. Only good for a wrapped bouquet, not in a vase.

Also please be aware the shop is only open until 12pm the rest of this week, and we’ll be closed Saturday.

Just something I'd like to address quickly:

Currently, I work two part-time jobs; this is not by any means my sole means of income. Unfortunately, that does mean that I am not always able to respond as quickly as a normal business with normal business hours might be able to, and I do realize that some people need a quicker response than I am able to give (especially when your kid changes their mind about going to prom at the last minute 😂).
In order to potentially mitigate this problem, I have registered for a google voice number: ‪(919) 307-6923‬. Please keep in mind that I may not be able to respond immediately, but it should give you better and quicker access if you need me! And of course, if you do need more immediate service please call a florist. I love what I do and I would love to have your business, but I'm at the point where I'd rather be forthright and manage expectations so nobody feels that they're being ignored.

It's that time of year again, and I will be available to make corsages/boutonnieres for prom! Just a few quick things --

1 - I will not be able to provide handheld bouquets, which seems to be a new thing (at least here on the East coast, according to a few florist friends this trend has moved in from the West coast). I have personal thoughts on this, but I also just don't have the cooler space for this trend right now.

2 - Corsages will start at $40 this year, boutonnieres $15. Like last year, if you purchase a set from me (this can be two boutonnieres, two corsages, or one of each) you get $5 off!

MOST IMPORTANTLY - I have been inundated with some weird Facebook scam messages over the past few months, which wasn't a problem while I wasn't keeping up with this page but has been over the past month or so when I was only checking messages on my phone. I plan to check messages on my computer from now on so I don't miss anybody's, but unfortunately a few have slipped through the cracks and I hate that 😔

TL;DR - FB has been spamming me, send me another message if you haven't heard back from me for a few days!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I’ll be taking a bit of a break from my page/business here for a while. I started a new job recently which I am enjoying, but it is full time in addition to my part-time job so I am busy adjusting to my new schedule!

In the meantime, please enjoy this gorgeous mixed perennial/crop garden I got a shot of in DC a few weeks ago!!

Basic prom info for 2023 -

Corsages are still $35 each, boutonnieres $15. If you get them together you get $5 off the total! Red and white corsages/boutonnieres are listed in my shop but just let me know what colors you’re looking for and we will go from there!

I realize it is a little early for Christmas in July (obviously), but I have put a number of my remaining seasonal/holiday wreaths on sale! If you would like to buy one, please let me know and we will figure out the best way to get it to you.

I also have a number of additional wreaths in process and will be posting those as they are finished, and I'm happy to take commissions as well, if anybody is interested!

We are coming up to prom season and I will be posting more details later, but I did want to mention that I will be offering two sizes of corsages this year! I love making very delicate, tiny ones, but sometimes you just need or want something bigger! I will post more details when I get them worked out (and when I don’t have a migraine) 👍
