If you missed out on our first Kids' Bike Safety & Helmet Giveaway earlier this season, here is another chance to bring your children ages 5 to 13 and enjoy a morning filled with activities focused on bike safety and fun.

This event is sponsored by the Poe Center for Health Education, Safe Routes to School, Safe Kids Wake County, WakeMed Injury Prevention, Fuquay-Varina Police Department, and Your Bike Shop.

- Bring kids' bikes for safety inspections and minor tune-ups.

📚🎒 Help the Fuquay-Varina Police Department "Stuff the Truck" with school supplies! 🎒📚

Join us on Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 8am-12pm at the Fuquay-Varina Grower's Market, located at 121 N. Main St., Fuquay-Varina, to stuff our Police Truck with donated school supplies.

All school supplies donated during this event will be given away at our annual School Supplies Giveaway on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 11am-1pm at St. Augusta Missionary Baptist Church, located at 605 Bridge St., Fuquay-Varina.

School Supplies Needed:

• Backpacks
• Notebooks
• Scissors
• Rulers
• Pens/Pencils
• Erasers
• Crayons and Markers
• Glue Sticks
• Folders/Binders

Your generosity will help ensure that students in our community have the tools they need for a successful school year. Thank you for your support! 💙✨
