Built in 1886 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the house is currently being renovated and restored, and will soon open as a beautiful event space for weddings, showers, reunions, private parties, and more.

Our Story

The Gunn-Bellenger House is a historic Victorian home available for private events. The home rents for $300 for 3 consecutive hours and $50 for each additional hour. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a date. The venue can accommodate up to 100 people. It is an ideal space for bridal showers, baby showers, corporate meetings, and small receptions.
