Our Story

Owned by Mike Melton- We started catering after Jennifer Wright asked us to do her wedding. My husband immediately said “ You can’t cater a wedding”! First of all, wrong thing to say, because THEN I was going to do it no matter what🤷🏻‍♀️. I just said “ Of course I can” with my fingers crossed behind my back! We both always said The Lord brought this business to us since we never even thought about it. My son speaks of me cooking for all of his friends, so I guess it was something I did without noticing. Everyone was always welcome at our table. I was a hairdresser and my husband worked at the school District Office as Supervisor Of Student Services. I did both jobs until a bad accident slowed me way down. We opened the doors on 615 N. Granard St. in 2002. That was the year I hurt my back. 5 spinal fusions later I just help them where I can. My husband and loyal help can cook most everything I always did. They need my help to decorate the tables. I still get so excited to watch a wedding come together. It never gets old❤️. We have exciting things coming up when Mike retires. Stay tuned!
