For this week’s “Team Member Tuesday,” everyone say hello to our very own Mr. Jonathan Owen! Jonathan has been serving here at Gaffney Chick-fil-A since✨October 2024✨ One of his favorite things about working here is the great team he gets to work alongside of each day! He loves working in the kitchen. One of his favorite positions in the kitchen is secondary! (Which would be preparing the nuggets, strips, mac n cheese, and much more!😋)

Jonathan’s go to order would be the Spicy Grilled Wrap meal, along with Mac n Cheese, and a Coke! His favorite sauce is Honey Mustard. A popular seasonal item, the Banana Pudding milkshake, is his absolute favorite dessert!🍌 Jonathan said what makes Chick-fil-A Gaffney so special to him is the friendliness and hospitality of his fellow team members who make work such a welcoming environment.🤩

Everyone say hello to Mr. Damion Duncan. Damion has been serving here at Gaffney Chick-fil-A since✨May 2024✨He was asked what makes his job at Chick-fil-A so different. His response was the leadership, the family bond, and the willingness of each team member to work together. Most of the time, you may see Damion bagging your meals, which is something he loves to do! But, he also likes to make those delicious desserts, as well😋🥤
Damion’s go to meal at Chick-fil-A is the 12-count nugget meal, large fry, and sweet tea, one Ketchup and two Polynesian sauces. (And maybe even a cookie, too😉) He says something that he has enjoyed learning while working here is the importance of serving our guests with kindness and a hot, fresh meal! He also enjoys getting to speak to some of our guests daily!✨Kindness is contagious and can go a long way!

Going into the new year, we wanted to do something that could allow the community to get to know who is serving them when they come to Chick-fil-A of Gaffney. With that being said, each Tuesday, starting today, we will introduce you to a team member each week. Wouldn’t you like to know more about who is serving you?👀

Everyone say hello to our very own Mrs. Barbara Turner. Barbara has worked here at Chick-fil-A of Gaffney since ✨November 2023✨ As a Team Member, many would say she is one of our best dining room greeters and is always making sure our dining room stays very clean for our guests. Often times, Barbara is helping our HR Director with different tasks, as well.
One thing Barbara loves about Chick-fil-A is the interactions with the guests. She is always eager to lend a hand in other areas of the restaurant when needed with that contagious smile of hers. One of her favorite positions to work is either running food out to guest in the drive thru or to their table in the restaurant. Her go to order would be a 4-count mini meal, hash browns, and sweet tea and Chick-fil-A sauce.
Barbara was asked what makes Chick-fil-A of Gaffney such a special place to her. She says, “It’s the bond between the team members who feel like family and make your job feel so much more enjoyable.”
