Dear Friends and Customers,

I have been wanting to write to you all, but I did not know what to say. Some of you may have already heard, though, so it is time to let everyone know. I will no longer be doing catering. Things have changed so much in the food service industry that it frankly stopped being enjoyable doing the work.

My delay in making an announcement was I wasn’t sure whether I was going to keep my kitchen. But I decided to keep it and from now on, I plan to focus on the baking side of catering. I will do cakes and pastries, etc....

Thank you to all my loyal customers for letting me be a part of some of your most important life events. I hope you will continue to think of me for your cakes and pastries and whatever your sweet tooth desires.

A colorful and delicious Mediterranean lunch we did recently. Stuffed grape leaves with tzatziki sauce, tabouli, fresh fruit, condiments to make falafel sandwiches in pita, hummus, babaganoosh, a beautiful assortment of desserts
