Yesterday I picked up my certificate for Intermediate Pastry. « Mention Bien, » I received honors 🥰 👩‍🍳

Tomorrow I start my first « real » day in Practical Application. I will be working behind the scenes at Le Cordon Bleu Paris to assist the chefs in Demonstrations, prepare workshops, and in in the Cafe Production.
