LOCATION! Use this map if needed to get acquainted with the street names surrounding the venue (You can zoom in on the picture for a larger view).
We will try to have signs and balloons to help guide you into the parking lot of the venue but if you follow this address on your GPS it should bring you right to us! The New Holland Parlor is across the street from the Milliken plant on Jesse Jewel Pkwy. There are construction cones on the roadside of the New Holland Parlor on Jesse Jewel and the street to turn in is right on the other side of those traffic cones.

Reminder there is not a lot of parking and this a drop off event so if everyone could be mindful and courteous of each other in the parking lot and the use of their spaces. If you would like to take pictures beforehand there are many beautiful places nearby in Gainesville like the downtown square which is only a few minutes from the venue!

We are excited about Spring Formal on Saturday! If you still haven't paid please do so as quickly as possible. This is a busy week buying last minute supplies. Hannah, Sherry or Gracie can meet you for payment if needed. Thanks and have a great week.

We still have 19 students who are registered and unpaid. If your name is on this list please pay immediately and if you have sent a check in the mail please let me know so I can look for it (if your name is on this list and you have already contacted me about sending a check then disregard this message. I have you noted as incoming payment).

As a reminder we DO NOT accept payments at the door. If you still plan to attend you will need to pay prior to event date. The deadline has already passed and we will need to finish paying the venue in a couple days as well as purchasing food for the event as the time comes so we do depend on your prompt payment to put this event on.

If you see your name or know someone whose name is on this list please reach out to them or tag them here so they know I have not received payment. Thank you for all of your help and support through this process.

Thank you all so much, YOU DID IT!
If everyone who has signed up pays promptly we will be able to host this years 2024 Spring Formal! We will have a location change in a slightly smaller space but we think this is actually for the best this year! Please check the image attached for the new location & address. I will be making an easy to save graphic soon with all the payment details so everything is in one convenient location for you all. You are welcome to save this to your phone so you don't lose it or I will have it pinned to the top of this page for easy reference.

To everyone who has signed up in the last few days & weeks if you can go ahead and send your payment over promptly we will greatly appreciate it. We can not host this formal without your help!

***Please Read*** Cancellation Imminent
Due to a lack of interest this year we are looking at having to cancel this years 2024 Spring Formal. We would absolutely hate to do this... but at this point our team does not see another option. We have 21 students registered at this point in time and only 5 students have paid. We have decided to keep registration open until this Thursday the 22nd but if we do not see a huge upward trend in ticket sales and payments we will be forced to close registration and try again next year.

If anyone has any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are always here to help!
