💥 Coaches Corner: Building a Stronger Back with Incline Rows! 💥
What’s up, athletes! Coach Gabe is back with one of his favorite exercises for building strength in your upper back, traps, and mid-back: the Incline Row.
Grab a bench, set it at 45 degrees, and let those shoulder blades stretch before pulling up with control. This movement is a powerhouse for developing back strength, plus it’s a great way to build up to those chin-ups! 💪
