On Saturday November 5th at 6:30pm the brand new local, non-profit foundation, Xtraordinary Joy, will be having their first annual French Quarter Themed Masquerade Ball.The "Unmasking of Joy" masquerade will have a live auction and silent auction , live music by Swing Theory, New Orleans style street performers, food provided by Wahoo Seafood, open bar provided by Whiskey House, Premier Transportation will be sponsoring the event and providing a shuttle for pick at Tipples in Haile Plantation and GHFC in Tioga Town Center and at the parking garage closest to the Harrell building. The mission of the Xtraordinary Joy Foundation is to provide funding for rare X chromosome disorders right here at the University of Florida. This condition affects their sweet daughter Moriah Joy, who brings extraordinary joy to world. Scientists at UF will also be using this research to find more answers for disorders such as Autism, Fragile X syndrome, FRAXE and premature ovarian failure.
Tickets are only $100 if you order before the day of the event and $85 with the Promo "JOY15" All tickets sold the day of the event are $125.
