What a great evening with Cheech! 75 th Birthay celebration. His siblings, all six of them came from Equador to be there. It has been the first time in 50 years all of the siblings are together! And I was so honored to be there.

this week's trend is the private last dance. All guests are cleared out of the reception area as they help prepare for the couple's send-off. The DJ will put on a song that the couple has specifically picked at their consultation and for the entire last song the couple has a designated moment on their wedding day to really love on each other and take their special day in. This is one of our favorite trends!

Beach Bash 2024 was a blast!! It was a great turnout, good food, and even better music. The kids’ hula hoop and limbo contest was a success 🌴😎 We had such a good time seeing old friends and making new ones!

Event Planning Tip: Make sure you have the dream team; an Event Coordinator, MC, and DJ! Lucky for you we are all three!

An Event Coordinator's job is to make sure that the itinerary and details of an event go according to plan. This is the event "ring leader" in a way. Your Event Coordinator then works hand-in-hand with your MC, or Master of Ceremonies, to make sure your event flows and guests are engaged no matter the circumstance. Your DJ, or Disk Jockey, is responsible for music and keeping the "vibes" of the event in line with the Event Coordinator's vision and MC's direction.
