We had a successful week in the Cooke County Fair Barn. It makes our fair board proud to see the youth of Cooke County grow from year to year. Watching their show techniques, projects and talents improve solidifies that generations of past agricultural heritage will continue for our counties future. Congratulations to all of the livestock, ag mechanic, and FCS exhibitors who brought your projects to the county show. The work it takes to get to the show barn helps raise good, hard working individuals and forge relationships that last a lifetime.

The Fair Board and CCJLS Board will have a clean up day on Monday, January 13, 2025 beginning at 5PM at the barn. If you have some time to assist us with cleanup and pen removal we would greatly appreciate your assistance.

We have a new cattle group in the barn today!!!

Come join the Angus Breeders of Texas (ABOT) for their annual Cattle Sale. Breeders have brought heifers, bulls, and embryos for this sale.

Preview their cattle this morning, join them for a buyers lunch and then participate in the sale which begins at 1PM.

The Cooke County Fair Association WILL NOT be hosting the annual arts and crafts fair know as the SELL O RAMA for 2024. Vintage Market Days is coming to Muenster’s Heritage Park facility the weekend that CCFA has held its event in the past. We have a busy schedule at the barn for November so rescheduling our SELL O RAMA event doesn’t fit into our calendar this year. Thank you to all our vendors and shoppers from past years.
