Hitting you with all the info about stouts. Make sure to read below!

‼️There can be a lot of misconceptions about stouts. In honor of International Stout Day, here are a few things we can help you sort out about this style of beer…🍻🍻🍻

🍺 Not all stouts are created the same. Some can be lighter bodied and easy to drink, others can be thicker in consistency with a lot of bold flavors. The color and flavor comes from the darker color of the malt that is used in the beer.

🍺Another fun fact is that an Irish Stout, like Guinness, is actually lower in calories than many of the large scale light domestic beer on the market.

🍺Lastly, our fan favorite white stout, the Nutcracker, brewed with Innkeeper's Fresh Roasted Coffee(coming soon) is another example of a stout that is blonde in color! Who knew!?

🍺 Here is a list of the stouts we currently have on tap for you to sample that truly give a great range of what we talked about above:
1: Yay Yay milk stout by RAA is lighter stout brewed with lactose to leave a residual sweetness! It is at a very approachable 5.1% ABV.
2: AAAHH!! More Monsters by More Brewing Co. is an imperial double with coconut, pecan and Coffee which will have a thicker consistency and give you more dessert style in flavor with a strong 14.5% ABV.
3: Ex Post Facto by White Oak Brewing will be a good middle of the road of the two above with more roasty flavors than the milk stout and medium in body. It sits at 7% ABV.
