A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…

This past summer my son’s best friend wanted Star Wars for his birthday. We tried to cover everything as best as we could. From choosing Jedi or Sith, to the ice cream and popcorn stand, to homemade cake pops, to the photo backdrops, everyone felt like they walked into another planet. We even had a lightsaber fight! Only thing missing was Darth Vader …. Need less to say Star Wars was an unforgettable theme!

During Halloween season I am now required by my son and friends to throw a Harry Potter themed Halloween party… every year for every book. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 From the talking sorting hat sorting you into your house with ACTUAL cloaks, to getting your wand at olivanders, to potions class with professor snape this was the best one I have thrown yet personally. We had our own personal Honeydukes and we even had wizards chess. The golden snitch piñata was a smash 💥. And with a fire going along with Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone on the projector it had all the right feels.
