We catered 200 guests at Krewe of Gambrinus last night. Guests enjoyed Petite Filet, Grilled Jumbo Shrimp, Tuscan Chicken and all the side dishes. Dessert was a Mini Chocolate Bundt Cake with our Grand Marnier infused Whipped Cream. Thank you Krewe of Gambrinus for allowing us to cater for the 5th year!

Thank you to Galveston Historical Foundation for allowing us to Cater The Soiree at Bishops Palace for Dickens on the Strand for the 10th year! We catered 200 guests enjoying Mini Beef Wellingtons, Bacon Wrapped Shrimp in a BBQ Raspberry Sauce, Meatballs in our Bourbon Sauce, Cream Cheese and Herb Stuffed Mushrooms, Warm Brie and Cranberries, Bruschetta and Cheesecake with a Raspberry Drizzle. It was a VERY fun event!
