NEW WHOLESALE LOCATION!!

You can now purchase our sourdough bread at Grandview Country Store & Market. If you are in or near Raleigh County, go support your local dough dealer. We will be adding Pepperoni Rolls on our next delivery.

*edit* 53 total batches of whoopies made and 26 lbs of powdered sugar used In 2 days‼️

My delivery guy is getting really popular!! We have been working on whoopies for 2 days!! In total so far (with a large private order for our friends at the Lindside nursing home) I have completed 31 batches of whoopie pies - by hand!! We hand pipe each cookie and then top with our amazing cream cheese buttercream frosting!! It's absolutely divine!!!

We had the privilege and opportunity to provide our services for a wide range of special events this weekend! This is a first for us...as I do not believe we've ever had the opportunity to be a part of every major life celebration in the same day!!

So first and foremost I am truly honored to be your go-to caterer for all of your special events!! We had one of the busiest days on record this Saturday- we started the morning with a baby shower, then 1 yr old b-day celebration, a wedding anniversary, a celebration of life, and then finished off the day with a wedding set-up! (Friday we laid out a grazing display for a wedding reception and Sunday we prepped up meats for a family reunion as well!) From the beginning of life to the end of life and every major milestone in between!

This is what we've prayed for! To be your catering source, the one you call when you need something special, the one you call on when your family member gets engaged, the message you send when you have company coming in for the weekend and you don't want to spend all your time in the kitchen! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for helping us to live out the exact things we prayed for!!

I can't wait to release our holiday "feastivities " menu and get your holiday gatherings in my planner!! Also on a side note, ATE has some exciting news coming soon.... stay tuned!

Late nights and early mornings spent preparing for our orders today! From fruit and vege trays to homemade bakery classics we definitely put in the time and used some elbow grease to get things done! Thank you all again for continuing to support my small business! ❤️

Pumpkin whoopie pies sold like wild fire! Ya'll make this girl's ❤️ happy!! Your support of the small businesses that carry our products means the world to me!

We cranked out another round for a quick re-stock and my smokin hot delivery guy ;) departed ATE headquarters a bit after 2pm today!!

We will be doing a massive bakery product production early next week! Now would be a great time to get your personal stash stocked up!

We've been busy bakers this week! Manic Espresso has pumpkin whoopie pies and fresh batches of our signature sourdough pepperoni rolls!!

Bartley’s Meat Market has SALT RISING BREAD!! They also have: pies, cakes, cookies, sourdough bread, sourdough dinner rolls, yeast dinner rolls, & whoopie pies!!

James Burke House Eatery has fresh pies for their dessert line up!

Did you know that we take special orders for our bakery items!! ??? From pepperoni rolls to loaves of bread, cookies, pound cakes, and all of the great things we make!!

We have folks that we bake fresh bread for every week! Would you like to get on our weekly schedule?

I seriously love when we are blessed to be a part of your special events! I enjoy every aspect of it! From the planning, provisioning, preparation, and the final presentation!

In the week ahead we will be doing a big re-stocking of our wholesale locations!!!

PUMPKIN WHOOPIE PIES WILL HEAD TO Manic Espresso this week!!! We will have your favorite ATE sourdough pepperoni rolls with pepper jack cheese!! A complete re-stock of our bakery classics will head to Bartley’s Meat Market, and James Burke House Eatery will have your favorite homemade ATE cream pies and fruit pies!!!

We will be attempting salt rise starter for a round of salt rising bread this week as well! This bread is finicky and requires all of the components to react precisely in order to create the chemical reaction that produces the bacteria necessary for the bread to raise!! We will give an update later in the week on the outcome... and also the location(s) where they will be available!!

BOLO for our holiday "feastivities" menu to drop soon!!! Planning some great meals and packages for all of your holiday dinner needs!!!

We have been on the fence about selling our food trailer for a couple years. As much as we hate to see it go, it sits more than we are able to use it due to being booked with caterings. The way 2026 and 2027 is looking, we are gonna be even more booked up so rather than watch it collect dust, we are gonna sell it. Only serious inquiries please.
