3 gorgeous and perfect weddings this past Saturday! ATE team members traveled in different directions!

We went to the Farm at Glen Haven (Clifton Forge, VA), Valley View Farm (Lewisburg, WV), and Brandon went to Serenity Hill Farms & Wedding Venue. (Sinks Grove, WV- he had the honor to officiate his friend, Matt's, ceremony!)

We have multiple options for your special day! Grazing displays, personalized cups, bread services w/our homemade sourdough products, beverage services, massive buffet spreads with multiple proteins & sides, as well as delicious desserts!! Your special day isn't a "cookie cutter" package- we talk with you and plan your personalized catering experience based on your preferences and "must haves"! We also prepare and offer tastings, a "try before you buy" type thing (we get it this is a big commitment)! We can provide you with multiple business (and personal) references, because we understand the importance of allowing ATE to be a critical and vital part of your big day!

The next few weekends are event free! We are going to enjoy some family time and soak up some sun! We are planning to catch up on our book work, invoicing, and returning phone calls & emails!!

This would be a great time to reach out to us and get your special event on the books!! 2026 is going to be another epic year, with 2027 already beginning to book!!

The most popular months are May, June, September, October, and December!! (Be a smart 🍪 & get your vendors booked, the sooner the better!)

I was able to roll and bake more pepperoni rolls last night! They went like wildfire yesterday!!

THANK YOU for supporting the small businesses that carry our products!!! A few hours after our delivery yesterday we received a call from our friends in Ronceverte letting us know all the items had sold!!!

I don't know if that's record breaking or not but it definitely made my day knowing Ya'll have missed our bakery items that much!!!

And peep that smoked gouda cheese from The Cheese N' More Store- it is seriously the BEST !!! We ❤️ getting high quality ingredients locally!!!

We were thrilled to prepare and serve for the Valkyrie Riders Cruiser Club last Thursday! The InZane Rally helps raise funds for a local non-profit group. These folks didn't just raise $. They came into our beautiful Greenbrier Valley and economically impacted a plethora of our small businesses!! That's a blessing for sure!!

I am so grateful for the numerous amount of folks that descended into the area last week, both for the InZane Rally and for the Newmar Rally! We were blessed with the opportunity to serve both groups! I know what an impact they had on my small business!! I hope groups like these continue to choose our area and impact our region!!!

I would also like to give special thanks to our friends at Tri-County Produce! They made sure we had gorgeous and fresh produce to use in our events last week!! All the crazy questions and last-minute add ons!! They are an asset to our area, and I am grateful they are a dependable and local resource!!

We had the privilege to provide an afternoon tea party grazing display for our Newmar friends! The ladies all loved this! We received rave reviews! Several folks came by to tell us how much they enjoyed attending the tea party!!

My 7th year of being healed and made new happened last week. During the midst of the hustle and bustle the Lord reminded me that his plans are far better and more than I could have ever imagined!! I would have never believed you if you would have said that I would be the owner and operator of a successful catering company and that we would be serving an entire rally at the SFWV.

BUT GOD has always been faithful and good to me! Even in my mess he still had a plan for my life! It may have seemed like my entire world was crashing down around me 7 years ago, but the Lord's grace, love, and mercy was there waiting for me at the foot of the cross! Jesus met me right there and radically changed my life!

When we were contacted to provide services for the NewMar Rally at the WV State Fair Grounds, I was beyond thrilled! I knew that we could do it! We could plan, prepare, cook, and serve for a large crowd!

We had done big before, but only just a solitary event or at most a 3 day event.

We began our services on Wednesday, June 4th, and concluded our services on Friday the 13th!! A handful of meals were for smaller groups in training sessions, but the majority hovered in the 500 plus range!! We served breakfasts, lunches, and a couple of dinners as well!! (Your girl is tired - a little delirious atm)

We would not have been successful if we didn't have a great group of amazing staff! They were troopers and showed up for the early mornings, stayed for the late evenings, and did anything and everything they could to make our events great!!

At the closing ceremony, we were surprised with The Golden Spoon Award! In the history of the Rally(this is their 39th year!) , there has only been one other caterer to receive this recognition and award! (Said caterer is in Wyoming - FYI) we can officially say we provide "Award winning " catering services! 😉

It was an honor and privilege to provide our services for this event! We met some of the most amazing folks along the way! We would like to give a special thanks to our new friends, Von and Marv from Michigan for treating us like family!

We will post more about our events soon!! For now we are going to rest and get ready for our next jam packed event weekend!!

Say we have some awesome staff without saying we have awesome staff! Last night we served 580 people in under 40 minutes at the RV rally at the State Fair of WV. They said that was a new record for them. So much work goes into preparing for that many people and executing in the way that reflects our mission statement! 1 Corinthians 10:31 “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
Our staff goes above and beyond and I hope they know how much they’re appreciated. As we were doing inventory for the rest of this week’s meals for the rally, we ran into some people who thanked us for the exceptional job. They said it was truly the best food they have had in the last 15 years. One lovely couple came up to us and said they read our story on our website and were moved by what God has done in our lives. Though we fail so often, I hope Jesus continues to be glorified throughout everything that we do. Let’s rock out the rest of this week!

We have delivered fresh breads, rolls, cookies, pies, pepperoni rolls, & whoopie pies to our Covington wholesale locations! Bartley’s Meat Market and James Burke House Eatery are fully stocked and ready for you!

Manic Espresso is re-stocked on pepperoni rolls! My personal favorites, pepper jack, and gouda have hit their supply chain!!

Our bakery items will look good on your dinner tables! Or at your graduation parties 🥳. Our rolls and bread products are made using real and simple ingredients! We hand cut, weigh, roll, and form all of our dough products by hand!! We are proud to say that we bake all of our cookies, breads, pies, and pepperoni rolls with real butter and use EVOO cooking spray for our pans!! We use non-GMO flour and Sweet Springs water as well! Baking is a labor of love ❤️ I bake for you like I bake for my own family!

❤️ can we say GORGEOUS!! This wedding was perfection! Our brides are simply the best!

I am passionate about preparing delicious and beautiful foods! About making sure the presentation prepares the taste buds! (We feast with our eyes first!) All of our items are prepared with love. I create, bake, cook, prepare, and display for your events the way I would for my very own!

I would love to chat with you about your special day!! We are currently booking 2026 & 2027 events. (2025 has a couple of unclaimed dates in late fall/winter)

We are halfway through our jam-packed Memorial weekend! It's been a pleasure traveling to Greenville, WV over the last few days to help our bride, groom, and families celebrate their union in marriage!

Oftentimes, I take for granted the beauty in our mountains, but let me tell you, WV is breathtaking!!
