One heck of a week for our small crew❤️ We pray everyone understands and forgives our delayed response to calls and questions. We had the honor once again to serve 1200 union workers on the Gordie Howe International Bridge, along with a couple of catering orders and vendor shows (one we unfortunately had a trailer issue). Eddie and I would like to thank our wonderful helpers throughout this whole process. There is never a day that goes by we know that without you, there is no us. Thank you to all the hard working men and women that are building our future. Here’s a little clip of our “operation 1200” adventure.
