Garlic Butter Zucchini Skewers

Ingredients:

- 1 large zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers

Instructions:

1. Prepare the zucchini: Wash and cut the zucchini into 1-inch pieces.
2. Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Assemble the skewers: Thread the zucchini pieces onto skewers.
4. Brush with garlic butter: Brush the zucchini skewers with the garlic butter.
5. Grill or roast: Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat. Grill or roast the skewers for 10-15 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and slightly browned.
6. Serve: Serve the Garlic Butter Zucchini Skewers hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Come in to help someone in need. We are providing the salad, mostaccioli, garlic bread for this fundraiser. There are also alot of great desserts. Only $12 for the meal at the GCAmerican Legion on middlebelt. Starts 2 pm.
