We did a 4 course meal on Clear Lake Sunday for some out of town clients. It was so much fun !! Thank you !!
Crab stuffed Deviled Eggs w/ caviar, Seared Scallops w/smoked corn Succotash, Prime aged ribeye fillets, Garlic Parmesan polenta, and Ratatouille. We finished it off with some Crème Brûlée.

Had a great time yesterday at this beautiful engagement party on Big Turkey Lake !! Cooking on site can be challenging, but with planning, prep & organization it was alot of fun. Steaks, potatoes & corn all local products.
