Bride Organizer is wedding coordinating today!
I coordinated Kelly's wedding in 2019 and she reached out to me last year to book me as a gift to her sister! What an amazing idea! It's also so nice to be able to reunite with families I have worked with for these amazing times in their lives.
We are at the absolutely amazing island lake club today. It is a stunning venue that devotes the entire place to one wedding a day. They specialize and only book weddings. Groom and bridal suites to get ready, ceremony location on site, lake-side... Simply perfect set up!

Last week, and I was so honored to have worked with them to help bring their wedding visions to full fruition and excute a flawless day.
Keri and Jose are huge movie buffs - all the good stuff: Lord of the Rings, Star Wars and Harry Potter! And huge music fans of all genres. I loved how they added their unique creativity to each aspect of their wedding and having the artistic culture of Asbury Park as their backdrop made the day perfect!

Allie & Bryan ❤️ June 18 2022
Larchmont Yacht Club.
Allie's mom booked me June of 2019 for their 2020 wedding. Rescheduled to 2021. Then a final push to June 18, 2022. Longest standing wedding for me and the absolute nicest people. It's been a pleasure navigating these last three years with such a nice family.
And SO unbelievably happy that Allie and Bryan got to finally share and celebrate their marriage with all of their friends and family.

The wedding day was so beautiful. Perfect amount of clouds in the blue sunny sky. Perfect breezy and not sweaty hot weather. A gorgeous first look on the water. A beautiful ceremony in the church she grew up in, followed by a cocktail hour and reception in the yacht club she grew up going to. Great food, and dancing. A "colors"/cannon ceremony (see video in comments - the LYC does "Colors" everyday.. sunrise and sunset to honor the raising and lowering of our country's flag). A sunset stroll, hot dog truck, fun sparkler exit and then leaving the night by boat.

Brittany and Reuben had an amazing wedding day yesterday at The Park Savoy Estate !
The staff and entire crew were amazing to work with. I love how they have a non-denominational chapel on site so you can get ready, have a ceremony and the cocktail hour + reception..all in one place! Bonus that the chapel is absolutely stunning!

The Bride and Groom live in California while Mom and family are here in NJ. The Bride Organizer worked with MOB (Mother of the Bride) for the past few months to keep her sanity to bare minimum, make sure we had a feasible timeline and ensure everything was set up for an amazing day🌞❤️🌎😎

It's a wrap on the last wedding of #2019 for
Leanne and Melvin booked me just two weeks before their wedding (the friday before christmas!). I was able to jam pack all my "bride-organizing" into these two short weeks and make an infinite amount of fine tuning to ensure we had a feasible plan for the day.
Leanne and Melvin are the absolute sweetest people. I am so happy for them and feel so blessed to have been given the opportunity to ensure today flowed smoothly and they were able to do everything they envisioned on their wedding day.
As with every wedding... I love the uniqueness that each marriage brings and specifically when it's cultural. Leanne and Melvin's families are from different parts of India with different religions. One Catholic and the other Syrian Orthodox. I loved hearing everyone call their elders Auntie and Uncle. And i loved watching and learning about the Grand March, the Milk Ceremony and the traditional wedding gift of a sari to the bride from both moms.
warehouse was an outstanding venue... Outstanding backdrop for all styles with a million dollar view, delicious food and a warm and friendly staff. Hitches and Unions were an amazing photography and videography team to work with today.
Thank you to all the fabulous people and vendors that took part in making today so special!

We had a great day! We arrived to church early, allowing us to start on time and have lots of roomy time to get in all these extra creative photos before they danced the night away with all their friends and family.

It's a wrap! It was such a pleasure to be able to work with Adina and Jeremy these past few months and all their friends and family today. Every wedding is always so unique and today I enjoyed watching the traditions of orthodox jewish customs come together for a bride and groom. From a Tish and Bedecken to Ketubah signing and Chuppah ceremony, a Yichud Room being guarded, all the fun dancing and much more... It was a great day! 👰❤🎩
LOTS of moving pieces...but i took great joy in being able to facilitate the plan amidst the chaos.
I truly love what i do. Every wedding never ceases to consist of a million fires that i put out with out ever telling anyone... And i couldnt be happier to help secure the day for everyone.

The Bride Organizer is Day-Of-Coordinating today!
Adina and Jeremy booked me in June, prior to the printing of their invitations.. So it was enough time for me to evaluate the day for them to give them some options of timing. We ended up pushing the start of their ceremony back TWO hours to make the day flow smoothly and more feasible for all the people and moving pieces involved.
It's been a great joy to work with them these past months and I look forward to watching the day unfold for them while providing a service that allows them to truely focus on the joy of their marriage and celebrating with all their friends and family. L'Chayim!

Rissa's Mom called me over a year ago to ensure she had an expert to walk her through putting together a wedding for her daughter. It's been a pleasure working with and getting to know both of them this past year. I was so honored to be with them yesterday for the BIG DAY!! i loved watching their family embrace their unconditional love for each other as they all celebrated the blessing of Rissa and Brody's marriage with out ever having to worry about anything else 💕
The day went smoothly. We arrived early to the church. Photography and Videography had more than enough time to set up beautiful, creative shots and capture all the family they needed to. All while Rissa, Brody and all their family and friends were able to focus on each other and literally dance the night away!

We had an outstanding vendor crew yesterday. Thanks to each and every one of them for playing an amazing key role in such a fantastic day 👏👏👏

It's was such a pleasure to work with Andrea for the past year. Brides and Grooms book me at various times in the planning process... sometimes the month before, sometimes a few or 6+ months before and sometimes even a year or more before. Andrea booked me just about a year ago... just as things were starting to be major pieces of the big wedding puzzle. Right away, we reviewed her visions and hashed out her timeline and the flow of the day. With that, she was able to have the comfort to be able to go through the wedding process confidently knowing and seeing how everything was going to play out.. All while knowing she had an expert she could call with ask any questions and/or go over any doubts or indecisions.
I loved watching their day come to full fruition. They are a great couple and truly deserve the best! We had a great team of vendors at a great venue yesterday. The day was filled with 's friends and family enjoying themselves as they got to celebrate this very special marriage. Most of all..the day was not rushed and all formalities were done in time for them to decompress before the ceremony started, sit and eat for all courses and dance the night away. Less than 3 months ago, Blair reached out and chose me as her day-of-coordinator and said, "I think you're going to make my life easier these next few months and you being there on the day of will let me "let go."" And i couldn't have said it better myself. We finished every stage early today...leaving time for touch ups, bathroom breaks and snacks. But most importantly the day went as she envisioned, all the necessary people were photographed, they got to walk around to enjoy their guests, sit down to enjoy their meal and dance the night away.... Stress free!

Blair picked white peonies with shades of light blue and green along w foliage, candles and lace to bring a warm touch of vintage garden everywhere. The sun glimmered all day and "Penny," the photo bus, was a hit!
A fabulous day for a fabulous couple!

It has been such a pleasure to work with Sinead and Jason this past year.
Today..the light literally blessed and followed them on all their steps.
I was so honored to be chosen to be a part of their day. The whole day was relaxed, calm and on-time. I even heard it was the first time ever the family was on time for anything and the church coordinator told me she has never seen a wedding start on time. I literally surprised them when the bride pulled up 15 mins early!
Sinead is amidst becoming a doctor and Jason's rich Scottish family heritage took the journey to share in the day with them today.

I only got to work with Cassandra and Jason a few short months..but even in that short amount of time, I got to know and see the wonderful people they are! Also in that short amount of time, I was also able to thoroughly review her plan and vision and draft a feasible timeline by making KEY adjustments with vendors. Of course, along with all of this, I was able to build a foundation and a relationship that fosters a de-stressing process and their ability to truly know they would be in good hands with me on-site all day at the wedding.
Historic Smithville was an amazing, quaint, fun location and the day was absolutely perfect! I especially loved how Cassandra weaved in her subtle theme of "message in a bottle"

I've had the pleasure of working with Kelly and Bob for the past 7 months to ensure their wedding day was set up properly so that everything they wanted was feasible and to help de-stress them and prepare them to embrace the wondrous day that officially joined their lives to one 💕🎩👰
The weather was 100% ...0% unpredictable today! We made a bold move to set up outside and hope for the best. Someone brought two butter knives and explained if we cross them...it will shoo the rain away. And who knew?!?!? We had an absolutely stunning day outside today at waterloo!!
