Paul and Laura’s wedding was far too beautiful for words. I loved their intimate ceremony and our session afterwards was to DIE for! I can’t wait to deliver the rest of the galley to them, but I’ve got a few more to get done before that! October was certainly a busy month!

WOW! Emma and I had so much fun at her senior session yesterday! We had such a great time that I filled up my memory card (I might have filled it up at a family session later that day too).

On a completely different note, I don’t talk about gear here ever, but I have to give a huge shoutout to Nikon for their new Z mirrorless system and lenses. The new Z line is out of this world and I couldn’t be happier!

Hello and welcome to my photography page! My name is Evan Sammons and I hail from Geneseo, Illinois, a small town which provides me with the beautiful backgrounds found in my photography. Evan Sammons Photogprahy started out as a hobby but has since grown into so much more. Evan Sammons Photography specializes in headshots, live concerts and events.

I currently study saxophone performance and communication studies at Augustana College in Rock Island, Il. Photography and saxophone are my passions, and I love capturing the story behind each shot. The images on this page tell a story of the many people who I have worked with. Each of their stories are different and I look forward to capturing yours!
