The IL Governor announced a 5 phase plan to reopen the state. I’ve summarized each phase and called out the specific event restrictions within each phase. It goes without saying that the safety of our community is the most important aspect of this whole situation. However, do not run off and cancel your special event out of anger, fear, or confusion. Postpone them! If you have an event in the upcoming future... postpone, don’t cancel completely. Your special day deserves a celebration as grand as you wish for it to be. I know it’s stressful. I know it’s not ideal. But we will get through this and in the end, have a celebration that will turn all of this angst into a far, far, far away distant memory. I use peonies all over Aces branding materials. They are on the homepage of my website, on my printed marketing materials and sprinkled wherever else I can fit them. That’s not by coincidence and that’s not because they are just some pretty flowers that I used to make my marketing look nice. “Peonies embody romance and prosperity and are regarded as an omen of good fortune and a happy marriage.” Being a wedding planner at my own boutique company is truly a DREAM. COME. TRUE. I am so blessed that this passion of mine can also support and bring good fortune to my family. But, it’s not only for myself that I wish for good fortune, but all the couples that come my way. I genuinely wish them a FOREVER marriage full of happiness and prosperity. I am truly honored to take part in the very moment that two people make the commitment to be each other’s ride or dies for all of life’s remaining days. I proudly use the peony as Aces unofficial flower as a reminder of why I do what I do. And now you know 🙂
