I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all of you who are reaching out and scheduling birthdays and private events. I know I haven’t had much on my calendar due to dealing with family issues and I am sorry for that. But thankfully, my business is staying afloat due to private parties. I’m looking forward to the holidays when I will have more free time to plan for 2025.

Just here for a quick update. I have been hosting birthday parties and private groups; I have not put classes on my calendar. I’ve needed my energy to focus on family matters. I’m hoping to be updating my calendar for the holidays and will send out a newsletter when it’s all set. Thanks for understanding.

Whereas I am still working on the calendar for my Geneva location, I do have classes listed in the Batavia Fun Guide. Monster Cupcakes 10/19, Apple Pie Cupcakes 11/26 and Mini Gingerbread Houses 12/21. You must register with Batavia Park District.

So, I know my FB page and my website have been quiet. I have been taking time to spend it with my family and time for myself as well. A full and successful Advanced Baking Camp. They learned my famous Scones recipe, Cream Puffs and Flourless Chocolate Cake with fresh whipped cream. So yummy, so fun.

I love when groups of friends ask for private group lessons. And not just once, but two years in a row!!! Tonight was Easy Chicken Fajitas with peppers and onions. They also learned a quick way to doctor up some sour cream and pico de gallo. We switched gears a bit for dessert with my famous Tiramisu Creme. All I heard was YUM while I did the dishes. When is your group coming for a lesson?

These friends got together to learn how to make yummy cupcakes from scratch. Then, they decorated them for the important men in their lives for Father’s Day. Such creativity they came to class with.
