I’m teaching this class on 2/8.

I ❤️Cookies! If you do too, this is the class for you! In this class, you will make unique heart shaped sugar cookies. Young bakers can experiment with cut out shapes, and colored dough techniques, such as coloring and striping dough. This class is offered for bakers ages 7-11 and space is limited.

Is your teen interested in cooking? Teen chefs will whip up some tasty farm to table snacks, entrees and desserts using some local ingredients while learning some intricate knife skills and cooking techniques. Use of aprons, kids knives and cutting boards and food for two recipes are included in each class.

Another successful class at the Batavia Park District. Students made individual calzones, fresh greens salad with homemade dressing and a delightful dessert. Fun was had by all.

These two worked extra hard in class yesterday. They made cupcakes from scratch, apple pie filling, fresh whipped cream and decorated pieces of pie crust yesterday in a two hour time span. What busy bees we all were but the results were worth it.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all of you who are reaching out and scheduling birthdays and private events. I know I haven’t had much on my calendar due to dealing with family issues and I am sorry for that. But thankfully, my business is staying afloat due to private parties. I’m looking forward to the holidays when I will have more free time to plan for 2025.

Just here for a quick update. I have been hosting birthday parties and private groups; I have not put classes on my calendar. I’ve needed my energy to focus on family matters.
