Good morning! We have a small break in caterings this week, which gives us a chance to come see our regular Tuesday night peeps!! Did you miss us?? Because we definitely missed y’all!!

We will be in Kensington, across from The Prescription Shoppe, from 5pm-7pm. Since we will only be out one night this week, we are going to switch our Tuesday night menu up just a tad! So, check it out, grab a friend, and come hungry!!

Menu:

-Plate with bbq, Mac and slaw with a roll $13

-Bowl of chili - with cheese, sour cream and choice of corn bread or Fritos. $10

-Frito pie - Fritos topped with chili, nacho cheese and sour cream $10

-Bbq Mac and cheese bowl - $11 topped with bacon, crispy onions and Sriracha mayo. 

-Taco salad - bed of lettuce, chili, cheese, salsa and sour cream. Topped with tortilla chips$12

-Bbq pimento taco - $6/$10

🎃🍁🍂 Who’s ready for Ocean Lakes and FALL BREAK??!! 🍂 🍁 🎃

Smoked and Shredded would love to make your stay at home or vacation week easier, by offering ready to eat and ready to bake snacks and meals! We have a few ideas, BUT WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! What would you like to see offered? Here’s what we have so far…

-Chili prepared and packed with all the toppings
-1/2 pans of enchiladas
- Bbq by the pound (obviously)
-chicken salad
-shrimp salad
-BROCCOLI SALAD
-pasta salad
- Smoked chicken wings
-Breakfast casseroles
-Pans of banana pudding
-banana pudding cannolis (8 per pan)

Please leave your suggestions in the comments. We will put out prices once we finalize the menu. The plan is to finalize it tomorrow so we can start taking orders!!

Good morning peeps! Thursday snuck up on us a little, and we literally are out of EVERYTHING! So we are going to use today, (after feeding our Freedom Readers), and head to the beach to refill ALL of our goods!!

So, we won’t be setting up tonight, but WE ARE STILL DELIVERING BREAKFAST TOMORROW MORNING!! ANNDDDDD, we will also be delivering chicken salad and shrimp salad tomorrow!! So, when you place your breakfast order, don’t forget about needing some snackie snacks for the weekend!!

Good morning Framily!! Come see us in Kensington tonight from 5-730.

We have a rice bowl 🍚 we are trying out tonight, so come grab one and tell us what you think! This will be white rice, topped with carnita style pulled pork and your choice of toppings and sauce. We have our cilantro lime crema, yum yum sauce, and bbq sauce as options. Topping choices are avocado, pickled onion and jalapeno! If you want to get real crazy, top your rice with barbecue, slaw, extra barbecue sauce and bread and butter pickles! Full menu listed below!

Also, HUGE shoutout to Nicole Moore and International Paper for having us cater their family day! We had a blast, and can’t wait until til next year!!

Alright, y’all! 🏖️We approved Kim’s request for a few days off 😉 While she’s taking some much needed rest, we’re preparing for a big catering event for this weekend and will NOT be set up with the truck on Tuesday & Thursday evenings nor be taking any breakfast orders for Wednesday or Friday.

Just a couple of Additional tips when ordering breakfast. As you know our bagels are homemade so when we are out we are out until the next week. We have 23 plain, 21 everything bagels and 30 cheddar bagels up for grabs for tomorrow. First come first serve basis. We will make a post when we are out. 

Also, we now have sausage as a bagel option and turkey bacon!

NOW DELIVERING BREAKFAST TO BUSINESSES

FRIDAY MORNINGS ONLY

1. Must be a business location
2. Must be 4+ orders per location
3. ALL orders will have to be emailed in one email to [email protected] by 9pm the previous night
4. The email will need to have the following:
*Business Name and Address
*Orders listed by individual’s name and payment method (Cash, Venmo or Cash app)
5. Will be delivered between 9am and 10am
