Hey folks! As of tomorrow, Jan 7, 2025, we will be setting up in the front of Maryville Elementary school every Tuesday, and on Buttone st at Kensington elementary every Wednesday for lunch. Both spots are for the general public, and so our teachers will have a different, convenient food option at least once a week!

Our question is, what are y’all wanting to see us be consistent with? Are you ready for burrito bowls? Chicken salad, shrimp salad, pasta salad and broccoli salad? Soup and sandwiches? All of the above? We will always have barbecue, including sandwiches and the barbecue/pimento tacos. Our goal this year is consistent locations, consistent times, and consistent menus. Obviously, within reason since we offer a much bigger menu than we have trailer space to hold it all🤷‍♀️.

Comment below about the menu and if you have a location you would like to see us add to the rotation. Once we have a few opinions we will post the menu.

Good Sunday evening! We are taking orders for NYE. Even if you’re spending it in your PJs in your living room, bringing in the New Year with some yummy food is a must!

We have:

Smoked JUMBO chicken wings - 25 wings for $50
15 wings for $30
Bbq - $15lb
Chicken salad - $15lb
Shrimp salad - $20lb

These wings are plump!! Not the best pictures, but trust us, they are TASTY!

Orders need to be placed by 8pm tomorrow night (12/30) for New Year’s Eve delivery/pick up.

We sure hope everyone had a Very Merry Christmas, we certainly did!! 🎄❤️🎄❤️

We are back at work, getting ready for a party this weekend and planning out the end of the year. As we do that, we are curious as to where all of our people stand on food this week?
-Do you still want BBQ?
-Do you want chicken salad,shrimp salad,
Broccoli salad? (Tomorrow or NYE)
- Prime rib (NYE)
-Smoked jumbo wings (NYE)

Here’s our thoughts:
-We still have barbecue available for this week and your New Year’s parties.
-We can cook whole prime ribs upon request(NYE)
-We can smoke 1/2 pans of wings upon request(NYE)
-We will also be doing the three salads listed for delivery tomorrow and for NYE!

We will be delivering all day Friday and possibly setting up for lunch on Monday. Everything depends on what our people want.

So, IF YOU WANT TO ORDER ANYTHING LISTED PLEASE SEND A PM.  We would like to hear what you would like to see in the new year in the comment section. We are strongly leaning towards setting up for lunches rather than dinner until the days get a little longer.

Thanks to everyone who ordered today! We appreciate all of you so very much!! We have a few more deliveries to make tomorrow, and we do have some bbq still available. We won’t be able to guarantee any kind of delivery on bbq tomorrow, but if you reach out via text,(843-602-5711) we will do what we can to take care of any of our last minute folks! We are drawing a hard line of no business after 4pm tomorrow 😘.

We hope everyone is able to, and takes the time to enjoy your family and friends these next few days. Take the pictures, share the food and laughs, and celebrate the birth of Jesus.

Happy Sunday evening everyone! Christmas is almost here!! Do you have everything you need for that Christmas party??? If not, we will have 75lbs available tomorrow morning for delivery! I also have 1 prime rib available for purchase, it will be smoked and ready for the table! (Pm us for details)

We did our first brisket, and it is off the chain!! So tonight, we will have Brisket tacos 🌮 with street corn and pickled onions on a grilled tortilla!! Plus, all the same yummyness from last night!

Good evening peeps! We will be at The Quad in Pawleys Island this Wednesday and Thursday, from 4pm-9pm, Dec 11th and 12th! This is a new venue, beer garden 🍺 🍻 arcade, food truck park, opened by the owners of Quigleys restaurants!! The weather is a little iffy tomorrow, but there is indoor seating, and the walk to the truck should be covered!

Come out and grab some food and actually get to sit down and enjoy it with a cold brew! There are also 21 TVs so you don’t miss a minute of your favorite sport!! We are working on a little something tonight to add to the menu for tomorrow. Assuming it comes out good, we will have that item tomorrow night! We will post an update with the full menu in the morning! But, JSYK, we are swinging for the fence!! ⚾️ 🥩 🐷 🐔

Also, we will be in McClellanville Friday night for a Christmas event, benefiting CREECS school. The event is set up “under a canopy of oaks” at 405 Pinkney st and will be from 5-8pm. The setting is very “hallmark Christmas” and is sure to get you into the holiday spirit!! 🎄🎅🎉

This is the start of a BUSY mid to end of December, and we are ready for it!! We won’t be able to set the truck up again until after Christmas, due to our amazingly crazy calendar, but, we will have bbq and many other items available for purchase up until Christmas Eve! Be looking for that list to hit social media this weekend.

Good morning! Did someone say they wanted some PILEAU??? And Cowboy Pasta? And Cowboy Beans? 🤠 Then come see us tonight, Thursday, Dec 5th, in Kensington, from 5-7pm. We will be the ones “chilling” in the trailer! Get it? Chilling? 🤷🏼‍♀️😂🙄🥶

Also, we will be at The Kaminski house allllll day Saturday, for the Holiday Market! 🌲🎅🏼🎉The lawn will be covered with vendors, and we will be serving soups, sandwiches and hot cocoa! What better way to start and finish the parade?!?! Warm up with us before and after!! We will also be taking New toy donations for the International Paper toy drive (for the IP families) sponsored by Winyah Brewing Company! 🎁❤️🎁❤️We will post the full menu on Friday (for Saturdays event). You asked 📣, and we listened 👂, tomorrow night, November 19th, Cowboy Pasta is BACK!! We will be in our spot, across from the prescription shoppe, from 5pm to 7pm!!

And, since we are already bringing one Cowboy dish, why not bring TWO! So in addition to Cowboy Pasta, we will also have Cowboy Beans! This is baked beans, with hamburger, bacon, andouille sausage, smoked sausage and sweet ground sausage! This is NOT what your cardiologist would recommend, but it sure is tasty!!! If you’re feeling sassy, ask for it to be topped with Kim’s candied jalapeños!! But fair warning, these things are HOTTT!! 🔥

As if that’s not enough, we will also have our Shrimp and sausage gumbo, bbq pimento tacos and Gooey Pecan toffee bars! Whew…. That’s a lot!

Good afternoon! Just a reminder, we will be at Kensington Elementary tonight for their Literacy night/Fall festival! 📕🍁📖🍂📣. The event is just for KES, but we will have our truck positioned to also serve the general public. Our only ask is that you park on the edge of the median on the blvd, please remember there will be hundreds of kids walking around throughout the night so safety safety safety!!!

Don’t let that discourage you from coming, because we have all the yumminess tonight, including Shrimp and sausage GUMBO and banana pudding CANNOLIS!! Also, our friends at Sunset Slushy will be there for your yummy frozen treats!
