Happy Friday 💙 Whether it’s your wedding weekend, or you are still months out from your big day - take a minute to step away from the planning and the preparing.

It’s easy to get lost in the details, and lose sight of what you are planning towards. At the end of the day, your wedding is about you and your partner starting your new life together!

What's your go-to rom-com?? Mine is hands down When Harry Met Sally. I can practically quote the entire movie, especially the scene this line comes from.

I actually had this part of Harry Burns' speech framed at our wedding. It sums it up pretty perfectly, doesn't it? Sometimes we get so caught up in planning the tiny details that we forget what we are working towards!

But at the end of the day, you're planning this wedding because you have found someone you want to spend the rest of your life with, and that's pretty amazing!

So, on this lovely Friday, try not to sweat the small stuff. 💙

Hey there! I'm seeing a lot of new faces in my feed lately, so it felt like the time to say hello 🥰

If you are new here, I'm Brynne! I started dreaming up indigo + ivory in 2018 while planning my own wedding. Since then, I've been connecting brides with decor for their wedding with their budget in mind!

A few things you need to know about me:

💙 The only television I care about are live sports and Grey's Anatomy (both the Atlanta Braves and Shonda Rimes made me cry last night).

💙 I'm in love with the Bluegrass State, but a piece of my heart will always be in my home state of West Virginia.

💙 When Harry Met Sally is my rom-com of choice and I can nearly recite the script on demand.

💙 My husband and I are proud pet-parents to a 9-year-old rescue hound named Gunther.

I have some very exciting news. Indigo + Ivory officially has a retail space!

Every love story is unique in its own way, so why should weddings be so cookie cutter? Big box stores categorize weddings into a few categories like “country rustic” and “industrial modern”. But what if burlap and exposed brick isn’t exactly your thing?

When I was planning my own wedding, I found myself hunting for decorations everywhere but the wedding aisle. It took a little extra imagination, and sometimes some elbow grease and spray paint, but the end result was amazing!

My dream for Indigo & Ivory is to create a space for a unique curation of items to help make your decor shopping a little easier! So stop by my booth in the Georgetown Peddlers Mall! You can find Indigo + Ivory in aisle H, booth slot number 287. 💙
