Good afternoon everyone!

I just want to take a minute to thank all of those that have booked me, shared posts and help make my dream a reality. When I ventured out on my own, I was so scared I was going to fail. My husband, my family, and my friends have seriously helped make this whole thing real! Thank you all so much.
To those that have booked me, I love all of my clients and am so grateful for all of you. You will never know what you do for my spirit. The excitement I get when I get a website inquiry is like a little kid on Christmas! I have so much passion for what I do. Just know that when you book with me, you are getting someone pouring their entire heart and soul into your day. You aren't just a last name on a calendar or an invoice number for me. Hey everyone!! I would like to say welcome to all of my new followers and those that have liked my page! I figured I would do another into post as so many people are new here!
Hey guys and welcome to my page! My name is Ciara Goforth! I would like to be the first to welcome you to CG Event Planning LLC. I am so excited after years of talking about this dream, I made it a reality! I have dreamed of owning my own event planning business since my early 20’s. I loved organizing events for friends and family. I pursued other dreams of mine such as becoming a flight attendant but always had my passion for events and weddings! I started out with planning my friends parties. Then as my life and my friends lives progressed, so did the events I was doing! It was no longer small apartment birthday parties. Wedding & Bridal showers came that I got the opportunity to plan. Then onto the planning of weddings, including my own! In 2022, I began working for another company and learning the business as an assistant. I quickly realized this is more than just a “hobby”. This is what I wanted to devote my professional life to. With the support of my amazing husband, I took the leap and here we are!
My experience and services vary from smaller dinner parties with 12 guests to large weddings with 200 plus guests. My goals for all my clients are to make sure that your event, no matter what it is, is everything you dreamed. I enjoy taking the headache out of your day and letting you sit back and relax! I am currently networking with many different vendors to get a list of likeminded colleagues who have the same level of service as I do!
Now a little bit about me, I am a mom of two rowdy little boys, Jett and Jarrett (who you may hear yelling on the phone from time to time😜). I am a bonus mom to my high energy dude, J. A wife to my amazing husband, Jimmy. He and I live in Germantown. My husband is a football coach at Valley View so when I’m not at events you’ll catch me with those three in a wagon under the Friday night lights! Aside from doing my own planning, I do work as an event bartender with Boozy Bartending!
I can’t wait to work with new clients and get this ball rolling. Thank you to everyone whom has supported me! I can’t wait see what the future has in store for me!
