I posted this on anxiety about 2 years ago. I struggle with being anxious and this has really helped me grow in my journey. I wanted to reshare it bc even after 2 years this still helps me today! It’s pretty amazing looking back on things that seemed so big at the time-in my mind, and now are not even speed bumps. Love y’all…

People are hurting. Physically, mentally, & spiritually. Everyone hurts at times & to say I’m immune from this would be a lie!
At night I struggle with anxiety & that’s why I’m such a morning person… I love seeing the sun rise and defeating the darkness! I often wonder where the anxiety comes from, but I know it’s straight from the devil. Hurt is not from the Lord… that is not God’s will for His people!
I know God will never give me anything that’s too much, I know through Him ALL things are possible!
I like to pray a prayer of ACTS when I get anxious and meditate on these thoughts:

A: Adoration. Praise God for who He is and all He’s done!
C: Confession. No one is perfect. I am so undeserving of God’s grace! I confess my sins before the Lord even though He already knows them. If you confess your sins He will renew you and forgive you through His never ending love!
T: Thanksgiving. Wow, this one gets me every time! There’s so much we have to be thankful for. Thank Him for the wonderful things He has done for you… even in the poorest of situations there’s always something to be thankful for!
S: Supplication. Pray for others… your coworkers, family, friends, random people you may not even know. Everyone can use prayer. Also, tell Him your concerns in your life. He will direct your path.

This prayer has helped me through some long dark nights so I thought I would share!
Morning is always on the horizon!☀️

Hey y’all! Me and my CEOs (my mom and dad 🤣) are headed off on an adventure for JME! We are really excited about this opportunity and can’t wait to share what we can with y’all! But all that aside. Traveling abroad is always exciting. I’m asking for prayers of safety from the most wonderful people in the world —- YOU ALL! 💙💙 If you think about it, lift up a prayer of safety.
Life’s an adventure and I want to live everyday to the fullest. The Lord is blessing me here on earth and I’m so grateful for the opportunities given to me. This is His story not mine! Thank you all for supporting and flowing along with the JME adventure. See y’all soon! 💙💙💙

Ohh Y’all hear me talk about her, this is Gran. I know I have a lot of new followers here. Gran was my grandmother. Her name was Martha. She’s one of the top inspirational persons in my life that pushed me to follow my dreams in the flower world. I remember once riding to a football game at Ole Miss one day… I mentioned about a goal of mine. And she leaned over to me. We were in the back seat together. She said, “you’ll have that in no time!” She believed in me and loved me. She loved flowers and yard work and of course her grand children! We always had a project and I couldn’t wait to get down to Sardis on the weekends. You never know how much of a legacy someone leaves on you. For me Gran is my inspiration and I want to leave a legacy that she left on me. I have a few ideas of ways to honor Gran in the future. I talk about her often because I want to keep her memory alive while I’m here on this earth. She taught me so much in life and I’m thrilled to share it with y’all. Gran was the best there is. 💙

HOTlanta! What a wonderful winter market 2024! We came , we saw, and we conquered. I’m thrilled about the finds we found for the store and the most wonderful people in the world-our customers! But this market I realized there’s more WONDERFUL people out there than just JME customers. There’s a whole community of shop owners, designers, creators, wholesalers , that have been watching me at JME and for some reason they all wanted pictures, hugs, and to tell me stories of what they have created because they came across videos I had posted. I. Am. Nothing. Thinking about all the shoutouts and encouraging words from y’all makes me so weak in the knees and all I can do is praise the Lord above. I’m not sure what I do that is catching or different. But I’m so glad to bring it to y’all and share in what little I know. It’s been an absolute pleasure meeting y’all and talking to y’all.
Thank you all so very much, I always say there’s plenty to go around. I’m thrilled that yall have found so much inspiration to take to your own businesses. My whole goal is to inspire others to create and hopefully share!
Thanks for a warm time Atlanta, even tho is was deathly cold outside. Y’all make this river rat from Tennessee feel loved. I LOVE YALL!

Merry Christmas Eve yall! Thank you for everyone who came out to the store yesterday for our last day of the year! Loved seeing so many of yall! We will be closed the remaining days of 2023.
