A new adventure...
We’re siblings who have always dreamed of being entrepreneurs. Growing up in Gibbon it made sense to take over Finney’s Meat Market + Catering when it became available. We “officially” took over on February 2, 2018 and are excited to put our stamp on an already successful business.
Finney’s is known for smoked meats including prime rib, steaks, pork, ground beef, and snack sticks. We also smoke cheese like gouda, pepper jack and others. We pride ourselves on being locally owned and sourced. We also process wild game from deer to buffalo.
