Hello Take & Bakers (and Blackstoners) ! By popular demand, this week's lineup includes a new-to-us recipe for your griddle!
Our shop, located at 310 North Sangamon Avenue in downtown Gibson City, is open for meal pickup Tuesday Wednesday 2-6pm.
Here's what we'll be working on:
Penne Pasta Bake: Seasoned beef, crumbled Italian sausage, penne pasta, house marinara and a touch of creamy ricotta topped with shredded mozzarella cheese. Full and minis available.
Ham, Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche - Smoky ham, broccoli florets, shredded sharp cheddar and creamy eggs in a flaky pastry crust (GF available).
Chicken Enchilada Casserole - on roasted chicken, black beans, whole kernel corn, shredded cheese and green enchilada sauce layered between corn tortillas. No gluten added/KETO ok
Full and minis available.
Buttery Steak and Smashed Potatoes (for griddles)- Marinated sirloin steak bites, mini potatoes, sweet onion and a rainbow of peppers. No gluten added.
Full sized meals, serving 4-5 adults, are $18 each or 5/$80
Mini meals, serving 2-3 adults, are $9.50 each or 2/$18
