Just curious what the general public thinks…

If you’re willing to go through a fast food drive through and pay about $11 (or more) for a burger 🍔 , some fries 🍟, and a fountain drink 🥤 what would you say is an acceptable price for a catered meal of 1 Meat, 2 sides, roll, 1 dessert, beverage?

Good beautiful Monday afternoon!! as we enter the fourth-quarter of 2024 I want to reiterate that contrary to what some may believe, we ARE definitely still in the catering business and we are NOT going anywhere‼️‼️ That being said, it’s definitely time to start preparing for your holiday events… be the personal, business, corporate, or any and everything else!

We have the capabilities to come to you and feed hundreds at one time! But If you have 65 people or less and want to get out of your normal environment and come to our venue, we can host your Christmas events (or any event anytime)! Our space is extremely affordable and you show up and eat and partake in your festivities and leave…. we take care of the rest.

Office parties, church parties, corporate events…etc.

In the kitchen this morning, preparing a taco bar for the amazing ER staff at our local Scotland Health Care System. Not pictured is our amazing queso dip and sour cream to go along with the beef and chicken taco options. It’s always an honor to have the opportunity to serve locally. Thank you!

Linda, Today is YOUR day!! I pray it’s everything you have dreamed of. Although my blood may not be flowing through your veins, I don’t believe I could love you anymore than I do. I have a lot of emotions flowing today. Ben crying off and on all morning. I’m just a mess. I am so happy for you both! I am so proud of you. Most have no clue of the obstacles you have overcame to get you here. I love you!

Ben, it’s your day too. You are a great guy that I am very proud to call my son-in-law! You have been such a blessing to our family and so many ways. I can’t express my thankfulness for lovingour daughter. The happiness you have brought to her life are answered prayers. Guard her heart with everything you got! I love you too!

I pray that you both put and keep God first. That is the one most important thing that I could tell you both to do.

We will be CLOSED this week!! Saturday (8/31/24) one of my beautiful daughters (below) is getting married. We are in full wedding mode with normal last 48 hr stuff Plus we are also catering the wedding so we are enjoying this glorious weekend with love and work!

We are still very much in the catering business, and I have not seen any type of catering that we will not do. From the reverent meals to elegant weddings to a pan of sweet potato casserole because you don’t feel like cooking… ethere is no way like The Southernway!

I’m in the kitchen this morning at Southernway Catering getting some items ready for a bereavement meal for the family Mr Jack Cousins. The first pan is pulled chicken barbecue, and I assure you, you will not find it anywhere else. It is absolutely amazing and goes great with the second pic, which is our unmatched sweet potato casserole. Along with the baby llamas and stewed potatoes.

We are still very much in the catering business, and I have not seen any type of catering that we will not do. From the reverent meals to elegant weddings to a panda sweet potato casserole because you don’t feel like cooking… whatever you’re eating are there is no way like The Southernway!
