On Wednesday evening Gordyville had the honor of hosting the U of I Coaches vs Cancer. This event brought 1,800 guests to a beautifully decorated arena, complete with a stage, a photo backdrop, 2 bars, games, both silent and live auctions, guest speakers, and a fully catered meal...yes real linen clothes!
Coach Underwood said it best on his opening speech....we are all affected in some way by cancer, take this event as a reminder to get checked, do your regular tests and know with ACS you are never alone!
This event not only brought sports figures together, it brought our community together to the tune of $550,000 raised to support the American Cancer Society. Gordyville looks forward to continuing to work with this great team of volunteers, there is so much to be proud of!

**The Illinois Ranch Horse Association's "SUNSHINE CLASSIC" is in full force, come watch the Ranchmanship & Horsemanship classes and tonight will end with the Working Ranch Horse classes.

**Gordy's Salvage is here until 5 p.m. featuring bulk foods, toiletries, drinks, frozen foods and literally a little bit of everything!
Park up front and enter thru the double doors--be prepared to shop and fill your car!

**The Burger Barn is open for breakfast all day long and of course our awesome lunch menu! Have you had our grilled porkchop...it's so flavorful and filling!! Got Cheese Curds?? We do!!! Enjoy our full menu until 3:30 p.m.
