A repeat client had me over to their home in Canterwood, Gig Harbor to make some paella for their family and friends. They had wanted to have a Festival of San Fermin type party. The Festival of San Fermin occurs in July in Pomplona, Spain and is well known for its Running Of The Bulls. Well, today there were no bulls but lots of fellowship, laughter, good cheer and, of course, Paella! I did two paellas for them. One Mixto with Chorizo sausage, chicken and large wild prawns and the other all seafood with Calamari, Manila Clams, Lobster Tail and large wild Prawns.
