In addition to Best Corporate Event, Wilkinson Events also won Best Designed Event and Best Conference! It was an incredible night at the Emerald City Applause Awards🎉🎉

I am so thankful to be heading into my sixth year on the Seattle NACE board, my second year as President! This past weekend we attended our annual Evolve conference in Las Vegas with other national board members to network and learn how to make our home chapter even better for our members.

Thank you to our board who shows up every month with kindness, curiosity and creativity all while volunteering their time and energy away from their full time jobs. Cheers to 2025!!

December’s “In the Sky with Diamonds” event at El Gaucho was a perfectly orchestrated celebration from start to finish! ✨

Every detail was thoughtfully planned to create a seamless experience onsite. Performers hit their cues flawlessly, musicians kept the energy alive throughout the evening, and the grand finale—an energetic DJ set list under colorful twinkle lights—brought the night to an unforgettable close.

Let us tell you about the jelly bean saga that has consumed our life over the past week. 🤣 (swipe to see phase one!)

When ordering jelly beans for somewhere between 200 and 600 people, how do you do the math? Google! We were somewhere between the 1/2 pound per person and 25 jelly beans per person. So we went with 450lbs (180,000 jelly beans).

Of course we had to make it pretty, so we matched the flavors to the event branding and brought on to build us a wall that could support up to 100lbs of jelly beans at a time. 🙌

We spiced it up with gorgeous decals from and balloons from and we were ready for event day!! 😍

It’s sometimes the little things (like jelly beans) that require the most brain space. Thankful to an incredible team that can help execute the vision!!
