🦃 Happy Thanksgiving from Willie Mae’s Place 🦃

Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting a private dinner for families in PATH – Pocono Area Transitional Housing. With transportation provided by Sip and Play Tours, we welcomed these families to enjoy a full complimentary buffet dinner and sent them home with Thanksgiving meals as well.

With the help of our family, who volunteered their time to serve and pack meals, we were able to feed 36 individuals and give them a warm, joyful experience. Out of respect for their privacy, we did not take photos of the families, but we’re sharing moments of the food and the effort that made this day possible.

Hey Friends!!!

Just wanted to let you know that we will be closed tomorrow (Wednesday, November 27) and Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) for special events and to allow our staff time to celebrate the holiday with their loved ones.

✨ On Wednesday, in partnership with Sip and Play Transportation, we are honored to host individuals from PATH (Pocono Area Transitional Housing) for a free private meal at our restaurant. We will also be preparing Thanksgiving meals for them to take and enjoy on Thanksgiving Day.

✨ On Thursday, we will be closed to give our amazing team the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving with their families.

We’ll be back to serve you on Friday and Saturday from 4:00PM-9:00PM, offering delicious made from scratch dinners for dine-in and takeout.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we give back to our community and celebrate this special time of year. We hope to see you after the holiday!

Today, Willie Mae’s Place had the honor of hosting Jack and Jill and Friends as they packed 168 dozen dinner rolls and decorated 500 bags for the Kindness Goes Full Circle Thanksgiving Food Drive. Thanks to the generosity of our community and local businesses, we raised enough funds to provide Thanksgiving meals for 500 families this year!!! 🤗❤️✨🎉

We were delighted to provide a complimentary lunch for these amazing volunteers, who took the time to help and add a personal touch to each bag.

Distribution will take place tomorrow at ShopRite and Christian Life Assembly Church in Stroudsburg. Thank you to everyone who made this possible—we are truly grateful to serve such a supportive community!
