Kneaded

Kneaded Kneaded is more than your typical bakery and catering company. We're a training ground. We teach them how to create, package, and sell our products.

Our bakery employs at-risk youth and young adults from Rebekah's Culinary Academy. Kneaded offers our apprentices real world experience, with real products, learning real skills that they can take with them to their next job. Each of our products is prepared by our apprentices in our commercial kitchen from scratch with quality ingredients. With every purchase of our baked goods, you are helping us reach our mission of "bettering lives, one pastry at a time."

Join us for a one-day hands-on cooking event where we'll bake seasonal pies and give back to our community!

📆 Date: Monday, November 24th
⏰ Time: 10 am to 2 pm
📍Location: Rebekah Children's Services

Here are the steps to join:
1. Complete the attached application
2. Submit your application by NOON on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025 to [email protected]
3. Complete a phone interview

We're excited to announce 2 new positions we are hiring to support our Kneaded Culinary Academy & Kneaded Bakery and Catering team. 🎉🎉

These roles will train & work under the direction of our exceptional Chef Carlos Pineda- Director of Culinary Services & Hospitality and will play a key role in mentoring and coaching our Culinary Academy apprentices and students so they can achieve their educational and operational goals!!!
