Our bakery employs at-risk youth and young adults from Rebekah's Culinary Academy. Kneaded offers our apprentices real world experience, with real products, learning real skills that they can take with them to their next job. Each of our products is prepared by our apprentices in our commercial kitchen from scratch with quality ingredients. Rebekah Children’s Services (RCS) and the Kneaded Culinary Academy hosted the Fifth annual National Coming Out Day! The event included a resource fair and a flag raising ceremony! National Coming Out Day marks an historical day to raise awareness of the LGBTQ+ community to foster support and inclusivity around coming out. We look forward to continuing to build community by expanding this event to the greater Santa Clara County.
