At Fire 4 Hire, we don't want anyone going home hungry, so we've always accommodated requests for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Catering a 100% vegan wedding was a new challenge, but we loved working with our clients to come up with an exciting menu that included Crispy Spring Rolls, Stuffed Mushrooms, Spaghetti with Vegan Meatballs, and Black Sheep Farms Enchiladas with a Mixed Field Greens Salad, Grilled Vegetables, and Haricots Verts as sides. The next day we also whipped up a day-after vegan brunch with fluffy French Toast, Just Egg Frittata, Vegan Sausages, and Omelets.
