"I have been meaning to leave this review for sometime, as we got married last June. But still a whole year and some change later, we still think about Jeff's cooking, specifically his mac and cheese! My husband and I didn't really get to sit and eat as we were being pulled for photos, but what we did get to eat, we still talk about till this day. At Fire 4 Hire, we don't want anyone going home hungry, so we've always accommodated requests for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Catering a 100% vegan wedding was a new challenge, but we loved working with our clients to come up with an exciting menu that included Crispy Spring Rolls, Stuffed Mushrooms, Spaghetti with Vegan Meatballs, and Black Sheep Farms Enchiladas with a Mixed Field Greens Salad, Grilled Vegetables, and Haricots Verts as sides. The next day we also whipped up a day-after vegan brunch with fluffy French Toast, Just Egg Frittata, Vegan Sausages, and Omelets.
