I'm a marketing professional, have done many large corporate and sales events throughout my career, so feel have a a decent background in hiring catering. Jeff (owner) was easy to work with, and pricing reasonable. His team showed up when they were supposed to and were flexible and nice to work with. I got a TON of positive feedback on the food. I would highly suggest the brisket, bacon, jalapeños appetizer AND tri-tip for the main. They charge per person, people able to go back for seconds, etc. They make more food to ensure guests get what they need. All extra food is taken away. I would hire them again. Solid on all fronts."
