TONIGHT! 5-7pm in The Hippie Space! Relax, have fun, & dance out any holiday tension.

Ecstatic dance explores five different rhythms during a two hour free flow dance session. All ages are welcome. We start slow with music to stretch to, gradually picking up the pace until we reach an ecstatic state then bring you back down gently. This is not a dance class, Everyone is free to move how they like. The only rules are no talking on the dance floor and to respect every other dancers space. Come join us!!

Ecstatic dance explores five different rhythms during a two hour free flow dance session. All ages are welcome.
