Today marked a significant milestone at Riverwalk Place as we held our first all-staff meeting with the entire Riverwalk Place family, including Oasis Salon & Spa, Chic Boutique, Riverwalk Grill, Rivertown Inn, and Riverwalk Place. 🌟

Stacy and Brock shared an exciting vision for the future, outlining growth opportunities for both Riverwalk Place and our incredible team members. Their focus is clear: fostering and protecting an environment where employees can thrive, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our cherished guests.

Our new HR Coordinator, Emily, also took the opportunity to work closely with our management team, aligning policies across all companies to ensure we’re all on the same page and working towards our shared goals.

Last week, Riverwalk Place had the pleasure of hosting its annual Associate of the Month dinner party, a special evening dedicated to celebrating and honoring the incredible individuals who make up our outstanding team. We were thrilled to recognize the hard work, dedication, and exceptional service that each of these recipients consistently brings to the table.

Our staff members brought their loved ones, and the evening kicked off with a heartfelt speech from Stacy, who shared how deeply Riverwalk Place values every single staff member. Her words set the tone for a night of gratitude and recognition.

The dinner was absolutely delightful, with a stunning array of appetizers followed by a delicious three-course meal that was both satisfying and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was filled with joy, laughter, and camaraderie as we gathered together to acknowledge these remarkable individuals.

After dinner, the managers took the opportunity to share their appreciation for each award recipient, highlighting the unique qualities that made them stand out as Associate of the Month. The integrity, work ethic, and commitment of the people in these photos are truly exceptional. Each of these winners goes above and beyond, and they set an inspiring example for all of us.

As a token of appreciation, each winner was gifted an overnight stay at a beautiful resort or hotel destination in Michigan, allowing them to take a well-deserved break and enjoy a rejuvenating getaway.

We are so grateful for the dedication, passion, and heart our team brings to Riverwalk Place. Thank you to every member of our staff – you make this place exceptional, and we are proud to celebrate you!
