Riverwalk Place purchased animals at the Gladwin County Fair this summer in efforts to support the hardworking kids that are apart of 4H. We were able to send each of our Riverwalk Place employees home with large bags to fill their freezer with meat.

Riverwalk Place Resort & Spa proudly marked its 20th anniversary with a spectacular open house event, celebrating two decades of exceptional service and luxury. The festivities, held on Friday, August 2, 2024, featured an array of drinks, a casual BBQ, and complimentary bamboo chair massages, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.

The evening served not only as a celebration of the past but also as a look forward to continued success and innovation in the years to come.

Our August Associate of the Month for Riverwalk Place is Barb Sheppard. Barb is a cosmetologist at Oasis Salon & Spa. She has been with Oasis for nine years and has perfected all her crafts. Barb is experienced and often requested for her talented hair services. Recently, Barb has taken ownership of training two new service providers at Oasis and is excited and willing to share her knowledge to help our team. Her enthusiasm and helpfulness showcase her dedication to her colleagues and clients. She always has a positive and helpful attitude and enjoys stepping in to help, especially with wedding groups!
Barb is creative and kind, and we feel fortunate to have her talents and expertise enriching our team. Congratulations, Barb!
