🚨🥗While I have your attention, I’d like to make an announcement concerning salads. Here at Local Roots we strive to always bring you THE BIGGEST, THE BEST, THE FRESHEST, salad in Glasgow. In an effort to prevent waste with the winter months coming on and salad season coming to an end, moving forward until further notice, all salads; such as grilled chicken, Cobb, Garden, Caesar, Sunshine, Etc.. will only be available on a pre order basis, with a 24 hour notice your salad will be ready. I would love nothing more than to make you a beautiful salad.. I just need a heads up. Pictures below are inspiration for future salads you might like to order.

Saturday we decided to open so we could take part in day 3 of the hometown Christmas open house, we’re so glad we did! We met several newcomers and delighted multiple of our regulars just by being open on a Saturday! As usual, I asked for feedback and suggestions from most everyone that walked through the door. Boy, oh boy, didn’t y’all have lots to say…. I love it!
