'Chef of the Year' Leah Randolph shares her perspective on how elevated canapés enhance the event experience and what sets Dover Hall apart from the rest.

"For me, what makes an elevated canapé is the incorporation of different textures and flavors that complement each other, fresh ingredients, and citrus that make each dish pop. This celebration was truly one for the books. With just two weeks to plan, Bernice’s granddaughter took the lead in organizing her 90th birthday party. From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted by stilt walkers, live statues, and beloved characters like Mickey Mouse and Andy. Inside, the magic continued with circus performances in the Event Hall while guests enjoyed passed canapés and culinary stations featuring mouthwatering New Zealand Lamb Chops, Spicy Andouille Stuffed Mushrooms, Creole Crab Cakes, Sicilian Shrimp, Pan-Seared Salmon, and more!
