A simple veg thali while in Varanasi! In Benaras if you are staying close to the ghat then you will find that majority of the restaurants cater veg only dishes. At 1st I was bit skeptical about just having veg in every meal during our stay. But, these thali did not disappoint me at all. The perfect balance of all kinds of spices with fresh ingredients has definitely converted these simple dishes into a delicious spread.
And, if I were given an option to choose a veg thali again I will happily opt for one.
