The most important thing to do before your event is to reserve your place for the event six months ahead of time. When planning your special celebration make sure you can get the event on the day you need it by putting a down payment on it about six months ahead of time.

Yes, I do understand that many of us have lost family members to the dreadful Covid virus. Hopefully you have been able to save some of your photographs that you have taken over the years. If you have some that you would like enlarged and hopefully improve the quality of them let me know and I can offer to check them over to see how much we can do to improve them.

You never know what’s outside until you venture there to check out what’s going on. It is not tooo cold to check out what’s going on. Just put your coats and boots, and hats and gloves on and get out there. There could be birds sitting in between the branches, or deer walking in your yard, or the sun setting near your property. Don’t be afraid to explore, just always carry your camera. A neighbor may be shoveling their walkway and you decide to help them, they offer you tea, and friendship. That’s a plus a new friend to boot.

It’s winter, you say and not a good time to get outside and try some photography. Well, ahem, I will differ with you on that note, why, well it’s like this. When you go outside, yes it’s going to be cold. But you already know that. So put your hat and coat and maybe some gloves on before you go outside. Think about what might be interesting to take a few photos of before you go out. Maybe there are some birds in between some branches of a tree, or other animals in your yard playing in the snow, or an animal in stress because they are stuck. Deer tracks, or deer in your yard to photograph. There are many variables that can make your day. Take a walk through your neighborhood and take your camera because you never know what or who you may find. Maybe an elderly person is trying to shovel their walkway and you decide to stop and help them. We never know and there is only one way to find out who is doing what take that walk with your camera.
