Our big red barn loft, changing rooms for our bride & bathrooms are all climate controlled and ready to enjoy from May through October.
We also have well curated decor just for you to use on your wedding day, saving you thousands of dollars and a lot of time. From wine barrels, greenery, lanterns and lounge seating to votives, runners, dessert trays, candles and more, all free for you to use. Beautiful timeless pieces, and best of all, it’s set it up when you arrive on your Wedding Day!
Doug & I are here to personally oversee your Wedding Day and your vendors . We coordinate logistics, move any tables and chairs and work with you from the day you book through your Wedding Day.
You will be supported through our private page, an Event Planner tailored to you and twice a month open houses just for you, our future Bride and Groom.
Our open houses are great for on site rehearsals, engagement photos or bringing family and friends out to see your venue!
Your guests will appreciate our real bathrooms! No porta-potties here, you will have hot running water in a climate controlled building, always clean, always stocked. You and your guests will also love our golf cart shuttle throughout the whole day. Enjoy the beautiful walk from the parking lot or take it easy and ride the golf cart.
And we are proud to tell you we have no add-ons or extra hidden fees. No kickbacks from ANY vendors, including catering and bar. You will save thousands with no minimums for food and bar service and get top notch service at an affordable price!

Glass House + Spring Snow =🩵❄️❄️❄️

We get asked what we do over winters when we are not hosting weddings.
We get creative!
Doug builds trucks and other things and I think of all the things I can have Doug build for me.
All kidding aside, I was inspired by glass houses for some time. I casually said to Doug I would like a place to call my own for my 60th birthday, in a year and a half…which I cannot build, so you will have to!!
To my pleasant surprise, Doug jumped on it and in less than 3 weeks we had sourced out the windows and doors, calculated the lumber, drew up rough plans and agreed to disagree on how it should be built. Funny thing is, we end up at the same place by taking totally different roads. We both are creative minds, working totally opposite some times, ending up with the same outcome…weird.
So this beautiful place of mine…I will gladly share it with my lovely couples. Her bridal dress will look stunning hanging from the rafters, or they can sit by the fireplace and read each others letters, maybe capture the sunset through the glass walls or a moment away from their guests to pause on their Wedding Day and enjoy each other. So many opportunities for them.
And those other days of the year, it’s mine to enjoy. ♥️
To feed the squirrels and birds and enjoy watching them close up. I might spy on Doug through his workshop windows with my binoculars. I hope to see an occasional deer, coyote or pheasant wander by. Or that big orange cat that slinks around the farm.
I am planning lunches and teas with my best friends, coffee in the mornings by the fireplace, watching the sun rise or set.
But mostly I will be writting. I have journals dating back to the gulf war. I started journaling when my first husband was deployed to Iraq. Operation Desert Storm, 1990. A friend thought I could benefit from writting down my feelings. I was 25 at the time, 2 small children, living miles away from my family in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. I appeased her and
