I call it the BIG 3, (Grand Entrance, First Dance Toasts ) and typically our recommendation is the front load them before dinner. We find that guests are most attentive before dinner as they just recently sat down at their tables. And it’s a nice flow to go from grand entrance right into your first dance and then follow it with a few toasts before you start dinner service.
