In 1932, a team of visionaries embarked on a monumental task to create the masterpiece that is The Great Hall at St. Mary's located in the heart of St. Mary’s Academy in Glens Falls, NY. During the Great Depression, the construction of such a grand building was a symbol of hope and resilience. Through tremendous sacrifices, the community played a vital role in supporting the construction, from fundraising to providing labor and resources.
Today, The Great Hall at St. Mary's stands as a testament to our ancestors' dreams. As we honor their vision and hard work, we continue to make YOUR dreams come true.

The Great Hall at St. Mary's has received numerous accolades for the distinguished bridal boutique behind the stunning gowns and elegant models at our spectacular runway fashion show during our 1st Annual Wedding Fair and Open Venue event. Therefore, we are delighted to spotlight the extraordinary Janet Cooper, an amazing entrepreneur and inspiring owner of Love Story by Angela’s Bridal, located in North Greenbush, NY.
Janet’s journey into the bridal world began at just 11 years old, inspired by her mother, a bridal consultant. She fondly recalls helping dress models at bridal fashion shows and spending afternoons learning alongside a seamstress, igniting a lifelong passion for bridal fashion. Janet pursued her dream by earning a Master of Fine Arts degree in costume design from Penn State University. She then headed to London, becoming the head of the wardrobe department at the English National Opera. Despite her success, her love for bridal fashion never faded. Janet began designing and hand making bespoke gowns for brides before fulfilling her dream of owning her own luxury boutique—Love Story by Angela’s Bridal in North Greenbush, NY.
