What is the meaning of the Camino?

"The word Camino is a Spanish word that has a number of meanings in English. The main meaning is as a track, path or road. It also can mean a literal way, route or journey. Figuratively it means path or course."

To take the path less traveled is to create moments of impact and remembrance in a linear life. The events that stand alone.

There will be moments of discomfort. Moments of self-discovery. Moments of unparalleled beauty and an experience you've never had before.

You will be processing, integrating and updating as you trek.

A camino. The path to your soul.

There is a trek not far from my home. "Stretching across northeastern Minnesota, the Superior Hiking Trail (S*T) is an epic 300-mile hiking adventure. For most of its length, the S*T follows the rocky ridges that overlook Lake Superior." I'll post a link below.

If you need a reason to BECOME healthier, if you need a reason to take better care of the body SERVING YOU, if you need a reason to connect, walk, share and regain inner strength... maybe this Camino is just the thing to set your sights on.

In the brain training world, we call a craving a brain link.

What that means is that your brain linked an emotional state to an object.

In order to feel that emotional state again, your brain will drive you to the one thing it knows worked before.

Your brain will be the driver as it is responsible for all storage and recall and it remembers what helped you feel that way.

If the emotional state was linked to a person or activity rather than an object, would you stop craving that object?

The answer is yes.

Cravings are a link that can be re-linked.

You are not broken.🤗
You are not spiritually depraved.
You are not bad.
You are not unworthy.

Your brain picked up a link that no longer serves you.

What would it be like to have self-control - because you no longer desire that food, cigarette, v**e, alcohol or drug?

Some of our clients call it freedom.

If it's possible for them, it's possible for you.

You are not the one person nothing works for... you just haven't re-linked the brain's attachment in the correct way.

Pre-teen/teen pony camp Christmas Break EVENT!

9 year old and up can come join us for Winter Pony Camp Dec. 28-30. This 3 day camp will consist of all things farm life, hiking, playing in the snow, home made vegetarian meals and snacks, working, playing and discovering all about PONIES! You can decide if you want an overnight camp or a day camp. If you need pickup/drop off service there is an additional charge.

Normally $495, early bird price $349 if paid for by Dec. 22.
